This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or production experience who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a company where reliability and teamwork are valued.

No advanced machine setup, troubleshooting, or maintenance experience required. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred, and training will be provided.

Haverhill, MA | $20-$22/Hour | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures
• Set up machinery for production runs
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine quality inspections throughout production
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures
• Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately
• Assist with product changeovers and material handling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred
• Comfortable working with production equipment and learning new processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
